Promoter Devansh Trademart has offloaded 1.18 percent shareholding in Gujarat Fluorochemicals via open market transaction on September 17, while Pitti Engineering saw a share exchange worth Rs 102 crore.
Gujarat Fluorochemicals shares saw strong recovery after opening lower and closed just 0.14 percent down at Rs 3,690.6 with above-average volumes.
Devansh Trademart LLP sold 13 lakh shares (1.18 percent stake) in the fluoropolymers, fluorospecialities, refrigerants and chemicals maker at Rs 3,539.3 per share, valuing at Rs 460.1 crore.
Meanwhile, Motilal Oswal Mutual Fund offloaded 10.74 lakh shares (2.85 percent stake) in Pitti Engineering at Rs 950.1 per share, amounting to Rs 102.06 crore. However, SBI Mutual Fund acquired 10.73 lakh shares at same price for Rs 101.99 crore. The stock price finished at Rs 959.2, up 0.05 percent.
The action was also seen in Voltamp Transformers that rose 0.92 percent to Rs 7,377. Vittoria Fund - OC LP sold 64,803 shares (0.64 percent stake) at Rs 7,340.02 per share, valued at Rs 47.56 crore.
Dev Accelerator (DevX) shares were locked in 5 percent upper circuit at Rs 64.05 on its market debut day despite banks offloading nearly 2 percent stake.
Axis Bank sold 6,32,339 shares in DevX at Rs 61 per share, and South Indian Bank 6,30,800 shares at same price, while AU Small Finance Bank offloaded 5,30,800 shares at Rs 62.89 per share. However, Neo Apex Venture LLP bought 10 lakh shares at Rs 61 per share.
