NSE to conduct mock trading session on Saturday: Here are the timings

Conducted by the stock exchange on Saturdays, a mock trading session lets brokers to test their trading infrastructure, new products/systems, and run contingency drills

NSE to conduct mock trading session on Saturday: Here are the timings

The National Stock Exchange (NSE) on August 29 said that it will conduct mock trading sessions in the capital market on August 30. NSE further added that it will also be conducting the mock trading session in futures & options, currency derivatives, commodity derivatives segment, apart from the capital market segment

No new software updates are slated to be released during the mock trading session to be conducted by the NSE on August 30.

Ensure migration to latest version of NEAT+ 7.8.3 before discontinuation of old Version 7.8.2 which is September 06, 2025, said NSE.

Trades during mock sessions will not result in any fund pay-in or payout, clarified NSE.

August 30's mock trading session will pre-open at 9 am with the normal market opening at 9:15 am. The closing time will be 10:10 am. The Re-login start time is 1:30 pm and Re-login close time is 2 pm.

Conducted by the stock exchange on Saturdays, a mock trading session lets brokers to test their trading infrastructure, new products/systems, and run contingency drills. Due to this, holdings or position values are displayed according to the mock-trading prices.
