Minda Corp board is likely to consider a fundraise in its board of directors meeting proposed to be held on Thursday, September 12, 2024.
The company in an exchange filing said, "Board of Directors of the Company is proposed to be held on Thursday, September 12, 2024 to consider, inter-alia the proposal for fund raising through issue of equity shares or any other equity based instruments / securities by way of preferential issue, qualified institutions placement or rights issue."
Shares of the company were up nearly 2 percent to quote at Rs 560.30 per share on the NSE, up 1.84 percent.
