GSAM Holdings LLC, an affiliate of Goldman Sachs, offloaded a 2.7 percent stake in Zinka Logistics Solutions, the operator of digital trucking platform BlackBuck, via open market transactions on September 1.
GSAM Holdings LLC sold 49,09,874 equity shares (equivalent to a 2.74 percent stake) in Zinka at an average price of Rs 600.32 per share, valued at Rs 294.7 crore. However, Nomura India Investment Fund Mother Fund acquired 41,16,557 shares (a 2.29 percent stake) in the company at an average price of Rs 599.77 per share, amounting to Rs 246.9 crore.
Zinka shares ended the session with a 0.53 percent loss, closing at Rs 633.4 on the NSE.
One Mobikwik Systems was also in focus on Monday, rising nearly 8 percent to close at Rs 237.41, despite the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority exiting the digital wallet service provider by offloading its entire holding of 16,44,438 shares (a 2.1 percent stake) at Rs 238.45 per share, valued at Rs 39.21 crore.
Meanwhile, BofA Securities Europe SA purchased 5 lakh shares in Mobikwik at Rs 243.61 per share, amounting to Rs 12.18 crore.
Action was also seen in Carborundum Universal, which gained 2.38 percent to close at Rs 933.3. Sandhya G Parikh purchased 3 lakh shares in the Chennai-based Murugappa Group company—known for manufacturing coated and bonded abrasives, super refractories, and electrominerals—at Rs 915 per share, amounting to Rs 27.45 crore. The shares were acquired from promoter entity Murugappan Arunachalam Children Trust.
Sellowrap Industries came under significant pressure, declining 14.5 percent to close at Rs 104.5 following notable stake sales.
Viney Growth Fund sold 81,600 shares in Sellowrap at Rs 114.09 per share, valued at Rs 93.1 lakh, and Strategic Sixth Sense Capital Fund offloaded 72,000 shares at Rs 110.85 per share, amounting to Rs 79.81 lakh.
The star performer of the day was Anondita Medicare, which soared 99.48 percent to finish its listing day at Rs 289.25. Sageone, through its two funds, acquired an additional 1.66 percent stake in the condom manufacturer.
Sageone Flagship Growth OE Fund bought 2 lakh shares at Rs 275.5 per share, and Sageone Flagship Growth 2 Fund acquired 1.01 lakh shares at Rs 271.85 per share. Their total investment was valued at Rs 8.25 crore.
As of August 31, Sageone Flagship Growth OE Fund already held 3.45 lakh shares (a 1.91 percent stake) in Anondita.
