Mumbai-based Finsec Law Advisors is expanding its national footprint with the launch of a new office in Bengaluru.
In a note, the firm said the new office underscores its plan to work more closely with Bengaluru’s rapidly evolving ecosystem of financial institutions, fintech startups, funds, and technology-driven enterprises. "The city’s prominence as a centre for digital finance and emerging technologies aligns with Finsec’s expanding capabilities in fintech regulation, ESG compliance, digital assets, and legal technology innovation," they added.
Announcing the expansion, Sandeep Parekh, Managing Partner at Finsec Law Advisors, described the milestone as “an exciting new chapter” for the firm. “As financial services and technology continue to converge, proximity to our clients in this vibrant region will enable us to provide even more agile, insightful, and practical legal solutions,” he said.
Finsec Law Advisors advises listed companies, intermediaries, funds, and exchanges on a wide range of matters, including transaction structuring, wealth management, fintech, corporate governance, and investor activism. The firm also represents clients in high-stakes litigation and works closely with regulators on policy and reform initiatives.
