E.I.D.-Parry (India) Limited announced the allotment of 37,421 equity shares, each with a face value of Re.1, resulting from the exercise of employee stock options (ESOPs). This decision was approved by the Stakeholders Relationship Committee of the Board of Directors on September 16, 2025.
Following the allotment, the company's issued, subscribed, and paid-up equity share capital has increased from ₹17,78,23,983 to ₹17,78,61,404, comprising 17,78,61,404 equity shares with a face value of Re.1 each.
The company has confirmed that the shares being issued are identical in all respects to the existing shares.
