Block deals: Alchemy, ITI Mutual fund pick up stake in Avalon Technologies

Promoter Yuvraj Hiralal Malhotra sold 5.91 lakh shares (2.49 percent) in Hilton Metal Forgings at Rs 68.70 per share. As of March 2025, Malhotra held around 6.85 percent stake.

Lovlesh Jain bought 1.15 lakh shares (0.50 percent) at Rs 76.88 per share. On the other hand, promoter Yogen Khosla sold 1.64 lakh (0.71 percent) shares at Rs 76.84 and further exited 87,180 shares (0.38 percent shares) at Rs 78.49.

Hilton Metal Forging

Bandhan Mutual Fund exited 1.67 lakh shares (1.55 percent) at a price of Rs 1,705 per share.

MIC Electronics
Promoter entity R R K Enterprise Private Limited sold 20 lakh shares (0.83 percent) at Rs 54 per share.

Kerala Ayurveda
GPR Finance Corp bought 1 lakh shares at Rs 503 per share. Among sellers, Katra Holdings Limited sold 63,400 (0.53 percent) shares at Rs 501.31, while Utsav R Kapadia acquired 60,874 shares (0.51 percent) at Rs 501.86.

Block Deals

Avalon Technologies
Alchemy Emerging Leaders of Tomorrow bought 4.94 lakh shares (0.74 percent) at Rs 809 per share. Alchemy India Long Term Fund picked up 1.85 lakh shares (0.28 percent), and Alchemy Leaders of Tomorrow acquired 3.09 lakh (0.46 percent) shares, both at the same price. ITI Mutual Fund purchased 61,800 shares (0.09 percent) and an additional 1.48 lakh shares (0.22 percent) at Rs 809. Meanwhile, Promoter Bhaskar Srinivasan sold 11.99 lakh shares (3.14 percent) at Rs 809 per share.
