Bajaj Hindusthan Sugar Limited has announced that a meeting of its board of directors will be held on Tuesday, August 12, 2025, to consider the un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2025 (Q1 FY26).
The meeting will be conducted through audio-visual means, as per regulatory requirements.
Additionally, a meeting of the Audit Committee of Directors will also be held on the same date prior to the board meeting to discuss and review the financial results.
In compliance with the company's “Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders”, the trading window, which is already closed for designated persons from July 01, 2025, will remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of the unaudited financial results.
