Ashapura Minechem Limited has announced the initiation of a 100-day campaign named "Saksham Niveshak" to promote investor education and protection, starting from July 28, 2025, and running until November 6, 2025. Shareholders who have not claimed their dividends are requested to contact the Company's RTA at the earliest at the following address:

As per applicable provisions, dividends unclaimed for 7 (seven) consecutive years, along with corresponding shares, if any, are liable to be transferred to IEPF. All Shareholders are urged to take prompt action during the campaign period to safeguard their entitlement and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
