360 ONE Portfolio Managers sold 1.4 percent stake in Energy Infrastructure Trust, the InvIT sponsored by Brookfield Asset Management's Rapid Holdings 2, via open market transaction on September 22.
Energy Infrastructure Trust rose 0.27 percent to Rs 82.22 per unit on the BSE.
360 ONE Portfolio Managers sold 93 lakh units (equivalent to 1.4 percent shareholding) in the InvIT at Rs 82.3 per unit, amounting to Rs 76.5 crore.
Pipeline Infrastructure, a special purpose vehicle, is the first asset of the InvIT. It is a gas pipeline infrastructure project, connecting all major gas-producing fields on the East coast to the major consuming centers of the West i.e. East West Pipeline between Kakinada in Andhra Pradesh and Bharuch in Gujarat.
Meanwhile, Dynamatic Technologies was also in focus on Monday, falling 0.32 percent to Rs 7,179.5. Samena Special Situations Mauritius III sold 62,688 shares (0.92 percent stake) at Rs 7,302.72 per share for Rs 45.78 crore.
Samena Special Situations Mauritius held 4.8 percent stake in Dynamatic Technologies as of June 2025.
TechD Cybersecurity clocked a massive 99.5 percent rally on its market debut day, closing at Rs 385 on the NSE. Bijal Pritesh Vora bought 99,000 shares in the cybersecurity solutions provider at Rs 385 per share, and Growth Securities acquired 2,20,800 shares at Rs 377.54 per share.
