Asian markets trading lower; Nikkei, Hang Seng down

At 9: 26am (IST), Asian markets were trading lower. Hong Kong's Hang Seng was down 1.09% or 226.77 points at 20,564.21.

Japan's Nikkei was down 0.89% or 86.93 points at 9,733.06.

Singapore's Straits Times was flat at 2,985.20.

South Korea's Seoul Composite was down 0.14% or 2.90 points at 2,015.71.

Taiwan's Taiwan Weighted shed 1.62% or 125.78 points at 7,635.07.
