10-year yield seen between 7.40-7.50%: Ramanathan K

Profit-booking in the short-term cannot be ruled out given the recent rally. The range for the 10-year yield is seen between 7.40-7.50 percent, says Ramanathan K, ING Invst Mgmt.

Ramanathan K, ING Invst Mgmt said, "Bonds continue to be well supported given the sharp fall in inflation, announcement of the new 10-year benchmark, continuation of OMOs and expectation of further rate cuts. However, profit-booking in the short-term cannot be ruled out given the recent rally. The range for the 10-year yield is seen between 7.40-7.50 percent."
