Rupee opens at 44.72 per dollar

The Indian rupee opened at 44.72 per dollar versus 44.67 on Friday.

The Indian rupee opened at 44.72 per dollar versus 44.67 on Friday.

Manis Thanawala, Greenback Forex said that, "The rupee may appreciate slightly on account of the large flows. Positive US market cues may also help the currency. The range for the day is seen between 44.50- 44.80/$."
