    Larsen & Toubro is likely to have an initial public offer this quarter for its finance arm, a senior company official said on Wednesday.

    "It all depends on market conditions, markets have to be somewhat stable," Chief Financial Officer YM Deosthalee told reporters on the sidelines of a confernece.
