    ICICI Direct has come out with its first quarter (April-June’ 18) earnings estimates for the Real Estate sector. The brokerage house expects Sobha Developers to report net profit at Rs. 56.1 crore up 17.7% year-on-year (down 14.1% quarter-on-quarter).

    Net Sales are expected to increase by 15.4 percent Y-o-Y (up 1.2 percent Q-o-Q) to Rs. 778.6 crore, according to ICICI Direct.

    Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) are likely to rise by 15.5 percent Y-o-Y (up 2.9 percent Q-o-Q) to Rs. 140.4 crore.
