Intellect Design Arena has posted a strong set of earnings in Q2 with margin improvement. The Traction in the banks, financial services & insurance (BFSI) space is clearly showing in the numbers.
In an interview to CNBC-TV18, Arun Jain, CMD of Intellect Design Arena discussed the company's Q2 performance.
Grew at 20 percent in first half of FY18 and won 12 deals in Q2 out of which three are transformational deals, said Jain. Transformational deals are difficult to compete against global competition, he added.
On margin front, he said they have improved due to licensing deals. Our margins are not linear given deal lumpiness, he added.
Talking about payment, he said problem of payments is persistent in government organisations.
Private organisations have been showing strong technological adoption capability, Jain added.
