LTIMindtree Q4 Results: Net profit up 2.6% on-year to Rs 1,128.5 crore; Rs 45 per share dividend declared

LTIMindtree Ltd Q4 FY25 Results

LTIMindtree Ltd reported a 2.6 percent year-on-year rise in consolidated net profit for the fourth quarter of FY25 at Rs 1,128.5 crore, marginally ahead of the Rs 1,107 crore posted in the same quarter last year. Sequentially, profit rose 3.9 percent from Rs 1,086.7 crore in Q3.

The company’s board declared a final dividend of Rs 45 per share of Re 1 face value each for the financial year. Ahead of the results, LTIMindtree shares surged over 5 percent on Tuesday to close at Rs 4,537.9 on the NSE.

The information technology firm's revenue for the quarter ended March 31, 2025, stood at Rs 9,771.7 crore, up 1.1 percent sequentially and 9.9 percent year-on-year. In US dollar terms, revenue came in at $1.13 billion, declining 0.7 percent quarter-on-quarter but growing 5.8 percent over the previous year.

LTIMindtree’s EBIT margin stood at 13.8 percent for Q4, unchanged from the previous quarter but lower than the 14.7 percent posted a year ago. The company reported an improvement in foreign exchange gains, which rose to Rs 232 crore in Q4 compared to Rs 132 crore in the previous quarter and a loss of Rs 16.4 crore in the year-ago period.

On a full-year basis, LTIMindtree’s consolidated revenue grew 7 percent to Rs 38,008 crore in FY25, while net profit rose just 0.4 percent year-on-year to Rs 4,602 crore. The company achieved 5 percent constant currency revenue growth and an EBIT margin of 14.5 percent for the year.

CEO and MD Debashis Chatterjee said, “The robust order inflow, driven by a significant array of AI-led deal wins, illustrates the pervasive integration of AI across our service offerings.”

LTIMindtree ended the fiscal year with 741 active clients as of March 31, 2025, maintaining a broadly stable client base compared to the previous quarter, which had 742 active clients. During the fourth quarter, the company added two new clients, compared to 30 in the year-ago period. On a year-on-year basis, LTIMindtree added one new client each in the $5 million+ and $50 million+ revenue categories, taking the total number of clients in these brackets to 154 and 14, respectively.

On the talent front, the company reported a headcount of 84,307 professionals at the end of Q4 FY25. The trailing 12-month attrition rate stood at 14.4 percent, reflecting a continued effort to retain talent in a competitive hiring environment.
