Kellton Tech Q1 net rises 42 per cent to Rs 12.2 crore

City-headquartered IT company, Kellton Tech Solutions Ltd, has reported its net profit rose 42 percent to Rs 12.2 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2016, from Rs 8.6 crore in the year-ago period.

Total income in the June quarter was Rs 140.4 crore compared to Rs 104.4 crore during the corresponding period of last year, an increase of 35 percent, a company statement said.

The company said it is going to add 100 employees by this financial year end.

It bagged 18 new clients in the June quarter.

"Our Q1 FY17 results reflect our growing reputation as a go-to digital partner, even as more enterprises are adopting digital transformation. Being the pioneering enablers of digital transformation, Kellton Tech is uniquely-qualified to enable businesses leapfrog the digital chasm and help them to continuously navigate the digital disruption," the company's Chairman Niranjan Chintam said.
