Godrej Properties is likely to witness a strong quarter, especially from its residential segment, a poll of analysts by CNBC-TV18 has revealed.

The company’s first quarter revenue is set to include sales and other operating income.

The profit after tax is seen at Rs 62 crore, up 44 percent from previous Rs 43 crore.

The revenue is seen up 59 percent at Rs 482 crores against Rs 303.8 crore in the same period last year, while the earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation is seen at Rs 67 crore. This figure was reported at Rs 40 crore, up 67.5 percent. The operating margin is seen at 13.9 percent against 13.1 percent year on year.

New residential project launched in Sohna, NCR in June

The company sold over 1,000 apartments from its new project launches in Mumbai, NCR and Pune in April.
