    Polaris Software Lab has announced its second quarter results. The company's Q2 consolidated net profit was at Rs 53.9 crore.

    Its consolidated income from operations was at Rs 510 crore.

    Polaris says,

    Group CFO's exit due to personal reasons.

    I-T department claim unlikely to have a material impact.

    Products revenues to contribute 30% by June 2012.

    Margin improvement in products to offset salary hike impact.
