    Vakrangee Software announced its fourth quarter results. The company's Q4 net profit was down 3.36 percent at Rs 31.6 crore versus Rs 32.7 crore, quarter-on-quarter, QoQ.

    Its net sales were up 17.22 percent at Rs 456 crore versus Rs 389 crore. QoQ.

    The board of directors of the company at its meeting held on April 25, 2013, inter alia, has recommended final dividend of Re 0.20 per equity share i.e. (20% dividend) having face value of Re 1 each, subject to the approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

    At 15:12 hrs Vakrangee Software was quoting at Rs 76.85, up Rs 0.05, or 0.07 percent. It has touched an intraday high of Rs 78.65 and an intraday low of Rs 75.75. It was trading with volumes of 367,422 shares
