    CMC is quoting ex-bonus today. The company has approved issue of bonus shares in the ratio of one equity share for each equity share held on April 18, 2011.

    The register of members & share transfer books of CMC will remain closed on June 10, 2011, for the purpose of ascertaining eligibility of shareholders for issuance of bonus shares
     
    At 11:29 hours, the share was trading at Rs 1,229.00, down Rs 14.95, or 1.20%, with volumes of 3,062 shares.
