Microsoft inks global partnership with Workday

Tech giants Microsoft and Workday have joined hands to expand the business solutions their joint customers can use to continually optimise the way work gets done.

This strategic partnership will deliver integrations that mirror where and how people want to work across Microsoft Office 365 and Workday's finance and HR applications.

By blending the power of Workday's cloud-based finance and HR applications with the cloud productivity of Office 365, customers will be able to simplify day-to-day tasks, enhance collaboration, and infuse more intelligence into their organisations.

The announcement was made by Workday co-founder and CEO Aneel Bhusri at Workday Rising, complemented by a video appearance by India-born Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella.
