Tulip Telecom Ltd has informed BSE that M/s Cedar Infonet Private Limited, the promoter of the Company have bought 112,474 equity shares constituting 0.077% of the issued share capital of the Company from the open market.Consequent to the purchase of above shares, the holding of M/s. Cedar Infonet Private Limited, has been increased to 33.24% comprising 48,200,858 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.Source : BSE
