Three executives of Reliance ADA Group have appealed to the Delhi High Court seeking bail in the 2G scam case after their bail applications were rejected by a CBI court, a lawyer for the group said on Wednesday.

The Delhi High Court was likely to hear the case on Thursday, the lawyer said.

Anil Ambani's Reliance ADA Group controls the country's No. 2 mobile firm Reliance Communications. The CBI have filed charges against a unit of Reliance Comm and the three officials in the multi-billion dollar telecoms licensing scandal.

A CBI court earlier on Wednesday had rejected bail applications of executives from Reliance ADA Group and the Indian joint ventures of Norway's Telenor and the UAE's Etisalat.
