News of a land sale by TTK Healthcare made the stock buzz on the radar today. Opening at Rs 608, the stock tanked to Rs 580 by mid day. TT Jagannathan, chairman of the company clarified to CNBC-TV18 that it is purely a rumour and the company has no plans to divest its non-core assets right now.
