DoT to set up equipment testing facility: Kapil Sibal

The Department of Telecom today announced plans to set up a telecom equipment testing facility in the country. In conjunction with the security law, foreign vendors will now have to share their software as well as hardware architecture with the DoT, reports CNBC-TV18.
