    Axis Bank allots 1.2 cr shares to Enam Securities; stk down

    Axis Bank has allotted 1.2 crore shares to Enam Securities, reports CNBC-TV18. At 09:23 hrs Axis Bank was quoting at Rs 1,195.10, down Rs 4.40, or 0.37%.

    Axis Bank has allotted 1.2 crore shares to Enam Securities, reports CNBC-TV18.

    Enam will be renamed as Axis Capital.

    At 09:23 hrs Axis Bank was quoting at Rs 1,195.10, down Rs 4.40, or 0.37%. It has touched an intraday high of Rs 1,199.55 and an intraday low of Rs 1,190.25.
     
    It was trading with volumes of 7,613 shares. In the previous trading session, the share closed down 0.31% or Rs 3.75 at Rs 1,199.50.
     
    The share touched its 52-week high Rs 1,309 and 52-week low Rs 784.50 on 21 February, 2012 and 02 January, 2012, respectively. Currently, it is trading 8.7% below its 52-week high and 52.34% above its 52-week low. Market capitalisation stands at Rs 49,540.07 crore.
