    Arvind Remedies jumps 10% ahead of warrants issue approval

    Arvind Remedies rallied more than 10 percent intraday on Wednesday ahead of board approval for warrants issue.

    Arvind Remedies rallied more than 10 percent intraday on Wednesday ahead of board approval for warrants issue.

    The company said a meeting of the board of directors would be held on January 24, 2013, to consider and approve allotment of 1,98,96,000 equity warrants of Rs 25 each.

    Shares rose 3.58 percent to Rs 31.80 amid heavy volumes at 13:06 hours IST.

    Trading volumes jumped quite sharply to 1,00,743 shares as compared to its five day average of 11,994 shares.
