There is no respite for Sahara in the massive OFCD refund case- the Supreme Court has rejected the company's petition to review the apex court's August 31 order.

There is no respite for Sahara in the massive OFCD refund case- the Supreme Court has rejected the company's petition to review the apex court's August 31 order.

The court said the applicants have no locus standi to move the review petition and also added that they find no inconsistency of views expressed in the previous order.
