Ocl Iron And Steel Limited has informed the Exchange that the Company has received intimation on December 31, 2010 from M/s Garima Buildprop Pvt. Ltd. (Promoter of OCL Iron & Steel Limited) that M/s Amtek Auto Ltd. has acquired 10% of the equity Share Capital of M/s Garima Buildprop Pvt. Ltd.
