    Garware Offshore Services Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on January 03, 2011, inter alia, has declared 2nd Interim Dividend @ 7% i.e. Re. 0.70 per share on 23,819,093 fully paid up Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each.
