Atlanta arm has completed 4 laning road project, to collect toll upto to June 05, 2026.

| Atlanta Limited has informed the Exchange that M/s. Balaji Toll Ways Limited (hereinafter referred to "BTL") a Subsidiary of M/s. Atlanta Limited-99.74% equity shares held by Atlanta Limited has completed 4 laning of the Nagpur-Kondhali-Talegaon Section of National Highway No.6 (Mumbai-Kolkata Route) for the length of 40.8 km. Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, Government of India has notified vide notification no. S.O. 3059 (E) dated December 30, 2010 for authorizing BTL for toll collection for the said portion of National Highway No 6. BTL is authorised to collect toll up to 5 June 2026. This is the 3rd Project of Atlanta Limited which has been completed on Build, Operate and Transfer basis (BOT) as a Developer, the other projects being Udaipur Bypass and Mumbra Bypass. The facility has been constructed under PPP model at a project cost of Rs. 316.47 crore. | | Source : BSE |
