    Axis-IT&T subsidiary plans for Pref share issue

    Axis-IT&T subsidiary Cades Digitech Private is planning to do a preferential issue of 27,41,935 equity shares of Rs 10 each.

    Axis-IT&T Ltd has informed BSE that the Company's subsidiary Company Cades Digitech Private Limited is planning to do a preferential issue of 27,41,935 (Twenty Seven Lacs Forty One Thousand Nine Hundred and Thirty Five Only) Equity shares of Rs. 10/- each. The allotment is proposed to be done at the next Board meeting of
    Cades Digitech Private Limited. This will result in the dilution of Axis-IT&T Limited's shareholding in Cades Digitech Private Limited from the current holding of 60.45% to 51.10%.
