RR Financial Consultants as fixed Jan 15, 2011 as the 'Record Date' for bonus shares of the company in the ratio 1:1.

RR Financial Consultants Ltd has informed BSE that January 15, 2011 has been fixed as the Record Date for the purpose of reckoning the shareholders entitled to receive the Bonus Shares of the Company in the ratio 1:1 (i.e. one share for every one share held) as approved by the members at the Annual General Meeting held on December 31, 2010.
