Viceroy Hotels Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 12, 2011, inter alia, to consider Slump Sale of the 'Bangalore Project Division' of the Company to the Wholly Owned Subsidiary in terms of Section 293 (1) (a) of the Companies Act, 1956 instead of hiving off the same through Demerger process under the Scheme of Arrangement under Section 391 and 394 of the Act.
