Rane Brake Lining Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 25, 2011, to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results (Provisional) for the quarter ended December 31, 2010 and also to consider a proposal for declaration of the Interim Dividend for the year ending March 31, 2011.
