VTM at its meeting held on January 11, 2011 has declared interim dividend at Rs 2.70 per equity share, for the financial year 2010-11.

VTM Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 11, 2011, inter alia, have declared an interim dividend of Rs.2.70 per equity share, for the financial year 2010-11.
