Pfizer declares interim dividend at Rs 12.50 per share

Pfizer at its meeting held on January 11, 2011 has declared interim dividend at Rs 12.50 per share of Rs 10 each i:e 125%.

Pfizer Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 11, 2011, inter alia, declared an Interim Dividend of Rs. 12.50/- per Equity share of Rs. 10 each (125%) for the current financial year ending March 31, 2011, i.e. 16 months period commencing from December 01, 2009 to March 31, 2011.
