Coromandel International Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on January 12, 2011, inter alia, approved payment of an interim dividend of Rs. 4/- (400% on Re. 1/- per share) per share to its shareholders for the financial year ending March 31, 2011.
