Maharashtra Seamless has entered into power purchase agreement with NTPC Vidyut Vyapar Nigam for 'Solar Photovoltaic Power Project'.

| Maharashtra Seamless Limited has informed the Exchange that the Company has entered into a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with NTPC Vidyut Vyapar Nigam Limited (NVVN), for a period of 25 years for selling electricity to be generated by the 5 MW capacity 'Solar Photovoltaic Power Project' to be set up by the Company in the State of Rajasthan. The Company has been selected by NVVN to set up the above said Photovoltaic Power Project under the Jawaharlal Nehru National Solar Mission of the Government of India. | | Source : BSE |
