Heritage Foods revokes 20 lakh shares pledge with ICICI Bank

Heritage Foods has revoked 20 lakh shares pledged with ICICI Bank as a collateral security for the loan availed by the company on November 03, 2008.

    Heritage Foods (India) Limited has informed the Exchange that pursuant to Regulation 8A of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of shares and Takeover) (Amendment) Regulation, 2009, Company has received an intimation from Smt. N. Bhuvaneswari, Vice-Chairperson and Managing Director stating that her 20,00,000 (Twenty Lakhs) Equity shares (Total No. of Equity was held by her 26,65,413) of the Company was pledged with ICICI Bank as a collateral security for the loan availed by the Company on November 03, 2008 were released from pledge on January 04, 2011 by the said Bank.
