Godrej Consumer Products Limited has informed the Exchange that the Company has fixed January 31, 2011 as the Record Date for the purpose of ascertaining the names of shareholders who will be entitled to receive the Third Interim Dividend for the financial year 2010-11, if declared by the Board of Directors.
