Rane Engine Valve Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 24, 2011, inter alia, declared an interim dividend of Rs. 3/- per equity share for the year ending March 31, 2011, on the paid up equity capital of Rs. 5,15,09,920/- comprising of 51,50,992 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
