Precision Pipes declares dividend of Rs 2/ share

Precision Pipes and Profiles has declared the interim dividend of Rs 2 per share having face value of Rs 10 each.

Precision Pipes and Profiles Company Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 12, 2011, inter alia, has declared the interim dividend of Rs. 2 per share having face value of Rs. 10/- each (i.e. 20%) for the financial year 2010-11.
