    JM Financial Products part shares have been released on March 14 and balance share continues to remain pledged.

    JM Financial Products Ltd. had informed the Exchange regarding the part release of pledge of 25,000 equity shares being 0.15% of the share capital of ZYLOG SYSTEMS LIMITED, as required under Regulation 7(1) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 1997. Further the Company has now informed the Exchange that 2,30,000 shares have been released on March 14, 2011 and the balance 11,34,445 shares (constituting 6.90% of the share capital of 1,64,46,420) continues to remain pledged.Source : BSE
