Wipro Consumer Care & Lighting (WCCLG), the FMCG division of Wipro, has dragged Bangalore-based furniture manufacturers V3 Engineers (P) to court for infringement of their registered designs, reports The Financial Express.
WCCLG, which launched its furniture business in 2004, manufactures and markets various ranges of furniture and seating products. The company has filed a complaint in the court of City Civil & Sessions Judge, Bangalore, against V3 Engineers (P) Limited, alleging infringement of the registered designs comprising components and accessories of modular office furniture range marketed by WCCLG under the brand name
