After getting its first tax appeal rejected by the Supreme Court on the basis of using 'authoritative language' in the text, Mahindra Satyam is planning to resubmit its tax appeal to the Supreme Court on April 15, reports CNBC-TV18 quoting sources. Its earlier tax appeal demanded tax relief of Rs 617 crore.
