Aramex, a global logistics and transportation company, has signed a Master Services Agreement (MSA) with Shipsy, a leading software platform that uses artificial intelligence (AI) to improve supply chains.

This new partnership aims to strengthen Aramex’s last-mile delivery, make its operations more efficient, and launch new services—like same-day delivery.

Francoise Russo, Aramex’s Chief Digital and Technology Officer, said the move is part of the company’s effort to use the latest technology to meet customer needs.“Aramex is delighted to partner with Shipsy and tap into the benefits of its SaaS-based platform for our customers. Shipsy’s AI-powered logistics management platform digitally interconnects every link in supply chains. This partnership reflects our commitment to optimizing cost-, carbon-, and operational efficiencies, streamlining processes and better serving our customers in the rapidly evolving markets that we serve”, she said.

With this agreement, Aramex will use Shipsy’s AI-powered tools to improve how it manages deliveries. A key part of the plan is the launch of Aramex Same Day Delivery, a new service for urgent shipments. Shipsy’s smart routing technology will also allow Aramex to offer customers more accurate delivery times and flexible time slots, making the delivery experience smoother and more predictable, as per the company statement.

Aramex is also testing Shipsy’s 'Workforce and Territory Optimization' tool. This will help the company plan delivery areas more efficiently, improve courier productivity, and lower costs.

"This agreement shows that Aramex trusts our technology to deliver real results,” said Soham Chokshi, CEO and Co-Founder of Shipsy. “We’re proud to support Aramex as they grow and innovate using our AI-driven platform.”

Harsh Kumar, Shipsy’s Chief Strategy Officer and Co-Founder, added: “By combining Aramex’s global logistics expertise with Shipsy’s AI-powered innovation, we are enabling a more agile, predictive, and efficient delivery ecosystem. Together, we are laying the groundwork for an intelligent and self-orchestrated supply chain that adapts dynamically to evolving markets.”

Meanwhile, Aramex India is preparing to introduce a virtual wallet for small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) and prepaid customers. This digital wallet will allow customers to conveniently add funds and begin shipping immediately, making it easier for businesses to access Aramex’s services.

This partnership highlights Aramex’s ongoing commitment to using technology and innovation to improve its services and operations around the world.
