The Board of Directors at their meeting held today has accepted the resignation of Mr. K. Shankar Marar (DIN: 06656658) as the Director and Managing Director with effect from closure of the business hours of July 31, 2017.

The Board also appointed Mr. Purushottam Das Mundhra as Chief Executive Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company with effect from August 01, 2017.
